The Hidden Village Property Owners’ Association (HVPOA) welcomes you to our community. Hidden Village is an equine-friendly, covenant-controlled community nestled amongst the Ponderosa pines in Parker, Colorado. We are fortunate to live here with a variety of wildlife such as deer, pronghorn, bobcats, turkeys, coyotes, raptors, bears and more!
The HVPOA serves to help educate and foster community collaboration and relations to enhance our community and properties by protecting us all from fire, invasive weeds such as leafy spurge, and more. The POA dues are only $60 per year and help fund these efforts.

SAFETY
To help maintain the safety of our community, our bridle trails, our wildlife, and our roads, please take note of these important reminders and/or policies:
- Each homeowner should have received a copy of the Covenants from their real estate agent at closing. If you did not receive yours, you can locate yours by your Filing number on our HVPOA website (click here). The Welcome Committee will also help ensure you have received the filings for your home.
- No hunting, trapping, or discharging of firearms are allowed on any lot, tract, or common property at any time in filings 1-4 and no hunting in filings 5-6 per the covenants.
- Fireworks and open fires are not permitted in Hidden Village at any time.
- No motorized vehicles or bicycles shall be used on bridle trails or on common property within Hidden Village.
- The use of the bridle trail easements shall not be unreasonably interfered with by allowing debris and other obstructions to remain thereon. Owners whose properties border the bridle trails are responsible for the upkeep of their portion of the trail.
- 25 mph is the enforced speed limit.

- If you are planning any changes to your home or property, submit your plans in advance to the Architectural Control Committee for a quick review. The forms for submittal are located on the ARC section (click here) of our website.
