If you are planning any changes to your home or property, you must submit your plans to the architectural control committee for a quick review.
All changes or additions relating to buildings, whether it be homes or out-buildings/barns, are required to submit a Change Form.
Neighbor signatures are required, as it is important to communicate changes on your property which may also affect your neighbors. The Architectural Committee may request a site visit. Please allow sufficient time in your planning to obtain the required approval.

Hello. We are in the process of selling our home and wanted to ensure our prospective buyers can erect a picket fence for the purpose of enclosing the yard for their single dog (Wheaten Terrier). We would of course check with our adjoining neighbors to ensure they have no concerns about the location or construction of the fence. We are assuming the fence would predominantly be along the north side of the property which faces Hilltop Rd.
Could someone please advise if we should anticipate any difficulties for our buyers.
