June 14th and 21st, 2025 Slash Dropoff/Chipping Event/and HOA Provided Pancake Breakfast – Times TBD – ($30 per Load)
Bring slash from your property fire mitigation efforts for chipping and disposal. The cost is $30 per load, payable by cash, check or Zelle. You must be current on annual dues to participate.

Acceptable items include tree limbs, shrubs and brush with a maximum length of 6 feet and a maximum diameter of 8 inches. Slash may be dropped off in the open field on Village Road (across from the riding arena). Please observe the separate pile for thorny branches (e.g. Russian Olive). Owners are responsible for unloading your own slash. 

The following items cannot be chipped:

Any wood with metal in it
Anything over 8 inch in diameter
Roots/Stumps
Posts
Lumber, pallets, railroad ties
Yucca

Aug. 23, 2025 – Dumpster Day – 9:00 – 3:00 pm- ($30 per Load)

Oct. 25, 2025 – Annual Trick-or-Treat Hayride and Picnic – 4:00 pm – (Free)
The annual trick-or-treat hayride is scheduled for 10/25/25. Please join us near the arena to meet your neighbors, enjoy a catered dinner & kid friendly drinks provided by the HOA, and participate in the hayride! Neighbors can set up along the route map (Click Here) to cheer on and/or provide candy to participants.
