All property owners in Hidden Village are required to pay annual membership dues to the Property Owners Association. Payment is due on January 31, 2024.

2024 Annual Membership Fee: $60

Proposed Development at Hilltop and Singing Hills

Developers are seeking to develop the property at 7199 Flintwood Road, which is a beautiful, large agricultural parcel located on the north side of Hilltop Rd at Singing Hills Rd. The marketing name for this project is “The Fields.”

The Preliminary Plan proposes 255 residential lots on 638.7 acres of land. Current rezoning under review ZR2021-005. See the Douglas County Planning web site for the Project Details and Project Location.

Hilltop Road Improvement Project

Douglas County is overseeing a project that consists of widening and reconstructing Hilltop Road from two lanes to four from the Legend High School access to Singing Hills Road. Additionally, the project includes reconstructing and improving the portion of Singing Hills Road from Hilltop Road through the Flintwood Road Intersection.
