The Ramblewood Developers hired a company to perform a survey of the HOA common area a week and a half ago. This comes after the HOA was approached for a proposed sewage line through the common area near Village Rd. & Alpine Dr. Legal consultation was obtained by the HV Board to discuss the neighborhood’s options, compensation, and assist in communicating with the developers. Although the process is in early stages and no actions are confirmed, it was recommended to work with the developers in good faith as the alternative was likely to be eminent domain. The board is sensitive to this project’s potential impacts and restoration of the area. 

We acknowledge that there are likely questions surrounding this topic and wanted to proactively communicate known information. The board will continue to communicate any updates via email and look forward to the opportunity to discuss further information and gain your feedback at the next general meeting on May 3rd.

Additionally, Ramblewood will be hosting a Zoom webinar on Tuesday, February 17th at 6pm prior to the hearing dates for approval of their preliminary plan.
